Full Stack Developer (PHP / Laravel / MySQL)

Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia or Stockholm, Sweden | Hybrid | Full-time

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend and database development to join our growing product team. You’ll work closely with our engineers and product designers to evolve our API and dashboards, and make a real impact on how thousands of leaders learn and grow.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain scalable backend services using PHP (Laravel) and MySQL.
Collaborate with the frontend (React, React Native) to deliver seamless experiences.
Help shape our tech architecture as we scale (Docker, AWS, Redis, Cloudflare).
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and ensure high code quality.
Participate in product discussions and influence technical decisions.

Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel.
Strong knowledge of MySQL and relational database design.
Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or modern CI/CD workflows.
Experience working with APIs and modern JavaScript frameworks (React is a plus).
You’re proactive, collaborative, and enjoy working in small, cross-functional teams.

We work hybrid — but try to meet at the office twice a week for team syncs, coffee, and creative sessions.
